KFC ("Bel Fud Servis" LLC) is the most fast-growing fast food chain in Belarus, which is a franchisee of the international chain of catering restaurants specialized in chicken dishes.

FIN.by developed the following Excel-based software products for KFC:

• calculation of bonuses to management personnel based on KPIs fulfillment;
• monthly P&L budgeting with breakdown by P&L items and restaurants. The product is successfully used in monthly budgeting by restaurants.
